Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What time can I arrive?

A: Check-in is from 2pm for touring/camping pitches and 3pm for self-catering. We do not accept arrivals during the hours of darkness for safety and disturbance reasons: 9pm latest during summer.

Q: How can I make a booking?

A: We accept bookings online with payment via our secure online server and sagepay up to the day before arrival. Alternatively we accept telephone bookings during opening hours. We do not accept arrivals without a reservation after reception has closed.

Q: How much deposit do I pay and when is the balance due?

A: Deposits: £50 for each booking – this confirms your reservation – this deposit is non-refundable.
Balance Payments: Camping & Touring Pitches – on arrival.
Self-catering Holiday Homes & Cabins 4 weeks prior to arrival

Q: Do you take group bookings?

A: We welcome families and couples and do not accept bookings from all male or all female parties of four or more persons. We only accept group bookings from recognised rally organisations.

Q: How can I book a specific pitch?

A: Every endeavour will be made to allocate guests the pitch of their choice, however, it must be clearly understood that acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of a particular pitch. Essentially, we will do our best but cannot guarantee it.

Q: When are the swimming pools/cafe bar open?

A: Go to our facilities page for exact information or give us a call.

Q: Can I bring my work vehicle?

A: No, we do not allow commercial or sign written vehicles on site.
