- Crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- Tea towel, dishcloth and washing up liquid included
- Wrap-around seating in lounge with fixed dinette and a gas fire
- Flat screen television with freeview and DVD player
- Hotel quality bed linen
- Towel bale for each guest: bath sheet & hand towel
- Shower, hand basin and toilet in each bathroom
